- How do I join?
Create an account with us and you’ll be part of our Loyalty Program and automatically receive 10 points. If you’ve already got an account, you’re automatically enrolled and can start collecting. If you sign up through a referral code, then you and your friend get rewarded with 25 Gems each. - What are the tiers in Club AL?
Each tier offers exclusive perks and benefits based on how many points you’ve earned in the last 12 months. Everyone starts out at the Member tier and can move up to Sapphire, Emerald, and Diamond. The higher your tier, the better your benefits.
Member: 0 – 1,499 gems
Sapphire: 1,500 – 2,499 gems
Emerald: 2,500 – 3,499 gems
Diamond: 3,500+ gems - How do I earn points?
Every purchase you make is rewarded with Gems (points). You can also earn Gems by following us on social media, referring friends, sharing feedback on our products, and more. Gems collected from placing an order will appear in your account 30 days after the order date (this is to allow a period for returns)
- How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points starting at 200 Gems and use them to get discounts, customizable packaging, and gift a friend (another customer of JON). - How do I refer a friend?
You can refer a friend by email, WhatsApp, or via social. Once signed in both you and your friend receive 25 Gems. Who said sharing can’t be rewarding?
