We check all our items for manufacturing and the stone quality used in making the item before dispatch. However, in rare cases, if the item which reached to you is defective or not up to your satisfaction. We provide 100% money back guarantee or exchange.
We provide 15 days cooling-off period with every purchase you make. Any dissatisfaction with the jewelry, we guarantee cash back. In that case, kindly contact us immediately by email for any REFUND/EXCHANGE.
International returns are accepted, but we do not cover return shipping. To process a return, please email us at (email) within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your package is received, a refund will be credited based on our return practice guidelines
However, we can’t accept returns on personalized items (including engraved products) – as we’ve customized these pieces, especially for you.
Note: We do not reimburse the shipping cost.
